Blocked Numbers may be required for any number of reasons. Regardless of the reason for blocking a number or adding it to a blacklist, it is a feature that will enable you to automate handling some of these blocked numbers and the way the platform treats them.
To enable Blocked Numbers in a campaign, you need to add the "Transition if blocked action" in the workflow begin state. It will give you the option to select the state you want to go to if the calling party is in the blocked list. At this point you can decide to play a prompt and disconnect the call or just disconnect the call directly.

A rich text element can be used with static or dynamic content. For static content, just drop it into any page and begin editing. For dynamic content, add a rich text field to any collection and then connect a rich text element to that field in the settings panel. Voila!
Headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, figures, images, and figure captions can all be styled after a class is added to the rich text element using the "When inside of" nested selector system.
