Configuring Thrio Remote

Overview

How to configure users to be able to use Thrio Remote

Configuring Thrio Remote

Some users may prefer to be connected to the system via a mobile device such as a mobile phone. For these users there is a separate user interface. The user interface allows the user to log in and place outbound calls through the system. Some of the benefits are that calls can be tracked in history. Calls can be recorded. The company can verify the users working hours and productivity. Toll calls are billed directly to the company and there is no need for expense reports to name a few.

Configuring a user that will use Thrio Remote

Configuring the User Profile

Since a Thrio Remote user does not have access to all the functionality that a user would have if they logged in through a computer it is essential that the Thrio Remote users are configured correctly.

If the user will be receiving ACD calls 2 options need to be enabled in the User Profile under Options

  • Auto Accept Offers: So that when the user answers his mobile phone the call will automatically get connected
  • Auto Login to Queue: So when the user logs in he is also logged into the queues that are assigned to him by the administrator
Configuring users for Thrio Remote:

An Administrator must configure each user who will be using Thrio Remote.

  • For each user navigate to the user Tab,
  • Scroll to the Telephony section
  • Set the Phone Type to PSTN
  • in the number field enter the phone number for the user’s mobile device

NOTE: If user’s have the ability to log in to a Thrio client through a computer they can modify the phone type and phone number themselves.

  • Scroll down to the ACD Section
  • Set the “ACD Login Status” to Available
  • Scroll down to the Disposition Section
  • Set the “Disable Disposition” toggle switch to the on position (to the right) : This will allow the user to accept calls and not have to select a disposition at the end of each call. This is very important as there is no way to select a disposition from the Thrio Remote interface.
  • Scroll down to the Voicemail section
  • Select a value for Default Disposition on Voicemail. When This feature is enabled, the system will automatically disposition all voicemails left for this user with the disposition status selected To select a disposition status, select the pop up window icon on the right. A window will open with the list of dispositions. Select the radio button next to the disposition you wish to use and then select OK. The name of the disposition that will be used to disposition all voicemails will appear on the bar below.
  • Of course each user will need to be added to a queue in order to receive ACD calls

Campaign Configuration

  • Since Thrio Remote users cannot select which campaign they use to dial it is important that you have one campaign with a valid phone number that has “Default for Outbound Dialing” enabled
  • it is also important that you have one campaign with a valid phone number that has “Default for Extension Dialing” enabled or else calls will not be able to route to your users
In order for users to be able to log into Thrio remote, you must have access to the Thrio Remote web portal. For access please contact Thrio Support.

What’s a Rich Text element?

The rich text element allows you to create and format headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, images, and video all in one place instead of having to add and format them individually. Just double-click and easily create content.

Static and dynamic content editing

A rich text element can be used with static or dynamic content. For static content, just drop it into any page and begin editing. For dynamic content, add a rich text field to any collection and then connect a rich text element to that field in the settings panel. Voila!

How to customize formatting for each rich text

Headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, figures, images, and figure captions can all be styled after a class is added to the rich text element using the "When inside of" nested selector system.
