Creating and Modifying Themes

Themes are a key way for you to customize the look and feel of the survey function within Thrio. Since surveys can face customers or agents, it may be important for you to make sure the colors and styling match that for your enterprise. The platform allows you to create your own themes and also gives you some pre-designed ones to help you get started faster.

Themes allow you to set the colors for different components in the survey. The application comes with predefined themes:

  • Basic
  • Pale Berry
  • Pale Blue
  • Pale Green
  • Pale Purple
  • Plain Berry
  • Plain Blue
  • Plain Green
  • Plain Grey
  • Plain Purple

Defining Themes

You define a theme by adding from the list view using the add icon.

Enter the name of the theme.

Enter the description of this theme.

When creating a new theme, the base theme colors will appear ordered by the property name and you will be able to adjust the colors for a specific property. By clicking on the color box right of the property a color chooser pop-up will appear allowing you to select the color needed.

What’s a Rich Text element?

The rich text element allows you to create and format headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, images, and video all in one place instead of having to add and format them individually. Just double-click and easily create content.

Static and dynamic content editing

A rich text element can be used with static or dynamic content. For static content, just drop it into any page and begin editing. For dynamic content, add a rich text field to any collection and then connect a rich text element to that field in the settings panel. Voila!

How to customize formatting for each rich text

Headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, figures, images, and figure captions can all be styled after a class is added to the rich text element using the "When inside of" nested selector system.
