Creating, viewing, listening, modifying and uploading prompts for use in workflows and functions.
Prompt This is where you can create and upload new prompts you can also view, listen to and modify existing prompts.
When creating a new prompt you need to fill in the following information
Name This is the name of the prompt and will be visible when adding a prompt in the workflow
Description Although this is not a mandatory field, it is recommended that you enter the text of the prompt that will play so that in the future it will be easy to find and you will not need to listen to each prompt to find the prompt you are looking for
Prompt to upload a prompt select the circle with the three ellipses. A window will open. Navigate to the folder on your computer that contains the recording you wish to upload select the file and select open. This will upload the file to the server. You will see the name of the file you have just uploaded on the bar below.
Prompt format Note that it is important that you create the prompt in the correct format. Each prompt must be a .Wav file that is: 8 Kilohertz (8000Hz), 32-bit Float, Mono (not Stereo).
The prompt file that is uploaded cannot contain spaces or a dot (.) except for the . before the file extension.
Once you have created the prompt you will be able to assign the prompt in the Campaign workflow and in Functions
You can search based on the prompt name or description.
you can play the prompt by selecting the triangular play icon
if you wish to skip ahead in the prompt you can select the ball on the slide bar and drag it to the right. To listen to an earlier portion of the prompt you would drag it to the left
to mute the prompt select the speaker icon. To unmute the prompt select the speaker icon again
in order to change the recording for an existing prompt you simply find the prompt you wish to update and upload the new recordingthe same way you would for a new prompt.
However if the prompt is currently in use in the system the new prompt will take effect Immediately It is strongly recommendedthat you replace existing prompts outside of business hours.
If you need to create a prompt in more than one language you can do so by selecting the globe icon next to the prompt Name and add a prompt name for the required language. You also need to select the globe next to Prompt and upload a prompt recorded in the language required
The rich text element allows you to create and format headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, images, and video all in one place instead of having to add and format them individually. Just double-click and easily create content.
A rich text element can be used with static or dynamic content. For static content, just drop it into any page and begin editing. For dynamic content, add a rich text field to any collection and then connect a rich text element to that field in the settings panel. Voila!
Headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, figures, images, and figure captions can all be styled after a class is added to the rich text element using the "When inside of" nested selector system.
