Report - Campaign Queue Interval

Overview

The report calculates the total number of workitems handled by ACD queues for selected campaigns and selected specific interval ( 15 - 30 - 60 minutes ).

Each interval is presented in multiple rows. The first row for the interval displays the sum of all the campaigns selected, each row after that represent the total for the specific campaign.

It shows:

Interval: The interval time.
Campaign: The campaign name for the total.
Total: Total number of workitems handled during the interval
Answered: Total answered workitems
Answered before Threshold: Total answered workitems before the configured threshold for each type of workitem in the queue.
Answered after Threshold: Total answered workitems after the configured threshold for each type of workitem in the queue.
Abandoned: Total abandoned workitems
Abandon before Threshold: Total abandon workitems before the configured threshold for each type of workitem in the queue.
Abandon after Threshold: Total abandon workitems after the configured threshold for each type of workitem in the queue.

Static and dynamic content editing

A rich text element can be used with static or dynamic content. For static content, just drop it into any page and begin editing. For dynamic content, add a rich text field to any collection and then connect a rich text element to that field in the settings panel. Voila!

How to customize formatting for each rich text

Headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, figures, images, and figure captions can all be styled after a class is added to the rich text element using the "When inside of" nested selector system.
