Tenant contains the default settings for your company.
Select Tenant from the main menu.
Name: Is the name of company.
Description: A description of the company.
Slogan: Enter a slogan for the company.
Email: Enter the main contact E-mail address for the company.
Language Identifier: Select the default Language for the company.
Timezone: Select the default time zone for the company.
Voicemail Function: This is the function that will be used when using the voicemail feature.
Voicemail Greeting Function: This is the function that will be used to record your voicemail greetings.
Session Timeout: The amount of time with no activity, in milliseconds, for a user’s session to be automatically logged out.
The results of this value can be seen in the agent’s wallboard at the bottom of the User Interface.
To create a new Security Token click the ‘+’ sign.
The Security Token displays the following information:
Expires At: This is the date and time the Security Token will no longer be valid.
Location: The location where the token is stored.
Security Token: This is the actual token.
User Profile Identifier: Select the profile from the list that will have be able to use the token.

Changes to the Tenant configuration will be saved automatically.
The rich text element allows you to create and format headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, images, and video all in one place instead of having to add and format them individually. Just double-click and easily create content.
A rich text element can be used with static or dynamic content. For static content, just drop it into any page and begin editing. For dynamic content, add a rich text field to any collection and then connect a rich text element to that field in the settings panel. Voila!
Headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, figures, images, and figure captions can all be styled after a class is added to the rich text element using the "When inside of" nested selector system.
