Time Events


The workflow can take action based on the dates and times that are configured in the Time Events.

Creating/Modifying Time Events

Select Time Events from the Options Menu

  • To create a new Time Event click the ‘+’ sign to the right of the Search field and the system will present an empty template to fill in.
  • To modify an existing Time Event, search for the specific event by entering the information in the top search window and click Search.

Name: Enter the name of the Time Event.

Description: Enter a description for the Time Event.

Type: Select the type of Time Event you would like to define.

  • Daily: This option allows you to define the Start and End Time of one specific day of the week.
  • Custom Date: This option allows you to define the Start and End date/time of one specific event
  • Weekdays This option allows the selection of multiple days of the week in one entry for a specific event.
  • Job This option is used to execute a job by selecting the day(s) and time range the job should be executed.
  • The Job is used for the scheduling reports and ETL

When creating a new Time Event, you will need to click the Save button on the top right hand side of the screen.

If modifying an existing Time Event, the system saves automatically.

What’s a Rich Text element?

The rich text element allows you to create and format headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, images, and video all in one place instead of having to add and format them individually. Just double-click and easily create content.

Static and dynamic content editing

A rich text element can be used with static or dynamic content. For static content, just drop it into any page and begin editing. For dynamic content, add a rich text field to any collection and then connect a rich text element to that field in the settings panel. Voila!

How to customize formatting for each rich text

Headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, figures, images, and figure captions can all be styled after a class is added to the rich text element using the "When inside of" nested selector system.
