Workflow Action: Consent Type Component

Overview

When uploading a list for the Predictive/QB or Progressive dialer, if Consent Type for the phone number being uploaded is found in the Consent Type table and is currently set to DNC, Opt-Out or Re-Assigned, then that phone number will not be uploaded.

When manually placing outbound calls or sending SMS messages, if the Consent Type for the phone number to be contacted is found in the Consent Type table and is currently set to DNC, Opt-Out or Re-Assigned, the system will pop-up a warning message to the user with the reason this number should not be contacted.

  • Note: The user will only receive the warning if the Tenant Consent option is enabled in the user’s configuration.
  • The user can override the warning and contact the number by selecting the override option in the warning message.

What’s a Rich Text element?

The rich text element allows you to create and format headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, images, and video all in one place instead of having to add and format them individually. Just double-click and easily create content.

Static and dynamic content editing

A rich text element can be used with static or dynamic content. For static content, just drop it into any page and begin editing. For dynamic content, add a rich text field to any collection and then connect a rich text element to that field in the settings panel. Voila!

How to customize formatting for each rich text

Headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, figures, images, and figure captions can all be styled after a class is added to the rich text element using the "When inside of" nested selector system.
