The Skills component works in conjunction with an Enter Queue component.
The Skills component will calculate the skill levels of all users that are specified in the Enter Queue that follows the Skills component.
Based on the skill(s) selected, when the workitem enters the queue, the system will route it to the highest skilled users that are logged in and available.

Optional Skills to Have
Mandatory Skills to Have
Example:
If an Optional skill of Spanish is specified, all agents that are in the Enter Queue component that follows the Skills component will be evaluated for the skill of Spanish. The user with the highest skill level for Spanish will be sent the workitem first.
If however there is a user that does not have the Spanish skill and they are part of the queue, the user will still be offered the workitem if all other agents are currently busy or not logged in.
If a Mandatory skill of Spanish is specified, all agents that are in the Enter Queue component that follows the Skills component will be evaluated for the skill of Spanish. The user with the highest skill level for Spanish will be sent the workitem first.
If there is a user that is part of the queue but does not have the Spanish skill, even if all other agents are currently busy or not logged in, this user will NOT be offered the workitem.
The rich text element allows you to create and format headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, images, and video all in one place instead of having to add and format them individually. Just double-click and easily create content.
A rich text element can be used with static or dynamic content. For static content, just drop it into any page and begin editing. For dynamic content, add a rich text field to any collection and then connect a rich text element to that field in the settings panel. Voila!
Headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, figures, images, and figure captions can all be styled after a class is added to the rich text element using the "When inside of" nested selector system.
