Workflow Action: Skills Name

Workflow Action: Skills Name

The Skills Name component works in conjunction with an Enter Queue component.

The Skills Name component will calculate the skill level of all users that are specified in the Enter Queue that follows the Skills Name component.

Based on the skill specified, when the workitem enters the queue, the system will route it to the highest skilled users that are logged in and available.

The skill can be specified either by entering the name of the skill or by a predefined variable.

  • Note: If a variable is not used, then the skill name specified must be contained in single quotes.
  • Example: To enter a skill called Spanish, it would be entered as: ‘Spanish’
  • To enter the skill as a variable that would have been assigned earlier in the workflow, it would be entered as:

What’s a Rich Text element?

The rich text element allows you to create and format headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, images, and video all in one place instead of having to add and format them individually. Just double-click and easily create content.

Static and dynamic content editing

A rich text element can be used with static or dynamic content. For static content, just drop it into any page and begin editing. For dynamic content, add a rich text field to any collection and then connect a rich text element to that field in the settings panel. Voila!

How to customize formatting for each rich text

Headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, figures, images, and figure captions can all be styled after a class is added to the rich text element using the "When inside of" nested selector system.
