Workflow Action: Transition If Blocked Component


The Transition If Blocked component is used to branch out to another State Box from the current one when the system finds the caller ID of the caller has been placed in the Blocked Numbers list.

Note: This option is usually placed in the Begin State as the very first component.

Configuration Options

Name: The name assigned to this component.
Description: Enter a description for the component.
Condition Type: If the condition returns true, then the Action will be performed. If condition returns false, then the Action will not be performed. If there is no condition specified, the Action will always be performed.
State: Select the State Box to branch out to from the dropdown list.

A sample of when you would use Transition If Blocked:
If you would like to branch out from the current flow if the system finds the caller ID of the incoming workitem is found in the Blocked Numbers list.

Set the Condition Type to None

Select the State from the dropdown that will handle the flow for when the caller ID of the workitem is in the Blocked Number list. This is normally sent to the End State to be disconnected.
